Kristi was great, I wasn’t the easiest to work with in forms of communication and my location being away from where I was home searching but Kristi was able to accommodate my situation flawlessly whether it was email, phone or text. She was able to send videos and pictures of the house and explain the processes and procedures very clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a home and will be using her again if I ever decide to.
I just want to say how wonderful these two women are. They were willing to spend time with us, answer all my stupid questions, & show all the condo's I asked to see & more. Kristi Berger made buying our first home such a wonderful experience. As first time homeowners we had so many questions but Kristi was always able to help. She truly made it an easy process for us. My family and I decided to move from New Jersey to Bradenton to be near my husband's parents. I was looking for a real estate agent who could put up with my very demanding and fast paced personality. Debbie did not disappoint, she made me feel like I was her only client. She answered all of my questions in a super timely manner, she was truly always on it. She also made the buying process as smooth and as stress free as possible with us looking from New Jersey and not being able to get to Florida to see the homes in person. The details and videos she provided when showing us homes made us feel like we were doing the walk-throughs in person. Kristi was very helpful with helping us find a house!!! She wasn’t pushy at all!! She sent us info on different houses and kept us up to date with all of the houses!!! We found one that we loved!! Both my wife and I agree there aren't enough positive things we can say about Debbie. She is a dedicated, honest and well informed professional that goes above and beyond any expectation possible. When we bought our first vacation house we had very little experience with real estate and we were not local to the area. The market was very fast paced and aggressive at the time. Debbie took the time to work with us, explained the situation, collected a ton of data for us since we were searching from out of state. She gave us so much attention and care we felt like we were her only client. You would think that after the sale was done we would go our separate ways. That is the furthest from the truth with Debbie. She helped us with so many things. Making recommendations and making sure the house and that we were taking care of. We are so happy we met you Debbie!

Debbie is a fabulous Real Estate Agent. My mother had died and the market was awful being nothing was selling and property was worth nothing. I had used 3 real estate agents before her. They all gave up and really put no effort into it. I signed with Debbie and that all changed. She had a lot of open houses, even if no one would show up sometimes and she NEVER gave up. She sold the condo!!!!!! I will use here when I sell my home and we are getting ready to meet at my mother in laws place to see what we can do for her. Debbie and her husband and my husband and I have become friends. I have not had any dealings with her daughter yet but with a mom like Debbie I am sure she does a good job too
Debbie was phenomenal. Period. We sat down at our initial meeting and discussed all the options and then the most likely scenarios. And everything went according to plan. No surprises, no lack of communication, no problems. We followed her process to prepare the house for sale and we got an offer after the first showing. Is it a coincidence? I don't think so. From being at our home to accept deliveries and coordinate other service providers, to storing packages in their personal homes, they were always willing to go the extra mile. Even after closing as we were working with the builder to resolve issues, they were always available to help out, keeping us informed through texts and pictures. What was my experience like with Debbie Capobianco and her team? Exceptional. We had a very challenging duplex to sell in Florida. My brothers and I lived across the country and we needed someone local on Anna Maria Island who could help support us in getting the place cleaned up and ready to list. There was a lawsuit involved to clear the title and five months of delay before we could close, but Debbie was always on her A game with both smart moves and appropriate resources and quick responses to our questions. I don't think we could have done it without her.
We had a great time in this condo with our friends who stayed for the month of March 2019. We were in residence from February 17 until the end of March. The condo was neat and tidy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The TV in the second bedroom was not hooked up to cable and therefore was unusable during our stay which was a little inconvenient. The location of the condo is wonderful with the convenience of being right across the street from the ocean and being able to walk to many restaurants and pubs, and the Moose Club was just down the street. With the free trolley service, we only used our car if we left the island.
We were very happy to have made contact. Met at an Open House. We were able to continue working over. the span of many miles. Very informative about the area and locations of interest. Above and beyond the call of duty. She made us feel at home here and made the process so much more enjoyable. Excellent to work with.
